We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE. Security and Storage Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

Shipping & Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Carriers

We use USPS to deliver our orders. For USPS service, use mailing address; whether physical or P.O. Box.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided for your shipment.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Orders of 2 or more qualify for Batch Shipping rates, we will package the products to get the most affordable shipping option. Shipping is not a profit center for K.B White. We make every attempt to keep shipping costs low by bundling items into a Batch Order. We utilize UPS and USPS software to shop for the best rates and pass along to the customer. Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Exchanges only for defective merchandise. No cash returns You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Returned items must be sent to: KB White Company, 100 Hoods Lane, Marblehead, MA 01945.

  • Please call 800-522-7682 or email info@clamming.com to request a refund and we will provide mailing instructions.
  • Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of your receipt.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Cancellations

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
